Minimum Qualifications
- Associate degree
- Bachelors degree or Masters degree, preferred
- Graduate from an accredited program for Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology or in the allied health field
- Minimum five (5) years therapy experience
- Minimum three (3) years management experience
- Multi-state experience, preferred
- Ability to travel extensively with overnight stays Must be capable of maintaining regular attendance
- Excellent management, interpersonal communication, sales and marketing, leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to lead and train by example
- Possess mentoring capabilities in clinical as well as operational responsibilities
- Skilled and working knowledge of transdisciplinary issues
- Ability to manage multiple tasks a! t one time without compromising deadlines
- Must possess computer skills of the types and at a level necessary to accomplish the job
- Must be a geriatric advocate
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality regarding patient and company proprietary information
- Must have the ability to relate professionally and positively and work cooperatively with patients, families, and other employees at all levels
