Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree
• Bachelors degree or Masters degree, preferred
• Graduate from an accredited program for Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology or in the allied health field
• Minimum five (5) years therapy experience
• Minimum three (3) years management experience
• Multi-state experience, preferred
• Ability to travel extensively with overnight stays Must be capable of maintaining regular attendance

Preferred Qualifications

• Excellent management, interpersonal communication, sales and marketing, leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to lead and train by example
• Possess mentoring capabilities in clinical as well as operational responsibilities
• Skilled and working knowledge of transdisciplinary issues
• Ability to manage multiple tasks a! t one time without compromising deadlines
• Must possess computer skills of the types and at a level necessary to accomplish the job
• Must be a geriatric advocate
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality regarding patient and company proprietary information
• Must have the ability to relate professionally and positively and work cooperatively with patients, families, and other employees at all levels
• Minimum P & L Managed - 3 Million
