! We are currently seeking a Production Control Specialist -2 in Austin, Texas. We are located near 183/Burnet Road area.
Under general supervision, monitors and performs daily activities in the production control function. Compiles records related to ordering, receiving, storing, issuing and shipping materials, supplies and equipment. Sorts, posts, and files inventory records and production schedules. Compares stock numbers, nomenclature and authorized substitutes with catalogs, manuals, parts lists and other references to verify accuracy of requisitions and shipping orders. Records production rates. Prepares shop orders. Reviews stock records to determine stock status against project requirements. Provides data to forecast estimates and schedules of goods to determine supply and need for replenishment.
5+ years of experience is required.
