SOFTWARE SALES MANAGER [Kuwait]


 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve software sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Lead a sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance management to ensure the team's success.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients.
  • Manage the entire sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing deals.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop effective sales collateral, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify business growth opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to track progress and make data-driven decisions.
  • Foster strong customer relationships by understanding their needs, addressing inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote the company's software solutions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in software sales, preferably in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of the software industry, products, and sales methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a sales team, driving them towards achieving targets and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills to successfully close sales deals.
  • Analytical mindset to analyze sales data and make informed business decisions.
  • Proactive and self-driven attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities and meet sales goals.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, opportunities, and customer information.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (although specific educational requirements may vary).

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: KD350.000 - KD800.000 per month
