Cook Children’s (in Fort Worth, TX) has an excellent opportunity for a full-time pediatric Hospitalist to join a growing Inpatient Pediatrics service at Cook Children’s Medical Center.

We are seeking a Board Prepared/Board Certified pediatrician to join our 14-person hospitalist group. The group attends both to patients without assigned staff physicians as well as patients from the majority of local primary care physicians who now choose to use the hospitalist service when inpatient care for their patients becomes necessary. The group also provides bedside pediatric teaching to both third year medical students and PL3 family practice residents.
Cook Children’s Medical Center is a non-academic, tertiary care pediatric hospital. Currently licensed for 457 beds, the medical center recently increased its total square footage by more than 530,000 square feet, adding 40 percent to the campus size.
Qualifications: Must obtain an unrestricted Texas Medical License before commencement of employment.
Must be BC/BE in Pediatricics.
