Under general direction, assumes line responsibility and authority for the administrative direction, evaluation, and coordination of the functions and activities of assigned projects and/or departments within the hospital organization to ensure operational objectives and results are in accordance with overall hospital needs. A Project Director plans, directs, and coordinates activities of designated project to ensure that goals or objectives of project are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding paramete! rs.
The Project Director may be assigned oversight of! the project once deployed and held accountable to performance of the project.
Qualifications
Experience required:
at least 1 year in a hospital setting with Masters-level education.
Special Skills & Qualifications:
Budgeting, leadership and communication skills.
