The system serves more than 6.3 million people living in 29 counties in north central Texas. Texas Health Partners was formed for the purpose of owning and operating the business of developing, constructing, and managing for profit ambulatory surgery centers and short stay hospitals in North Texas. Texas Health Partners manages four accredited hospitals and a surgery center with other projects constantly in development.

Texas Health Partners is growing and is in search Application Systems Analyst / Sharepoint Administrator II to join the IS Administration.

Schedule / Location: Full Time, Monday â€" Friday / 8am â€" 5pm / located in Addison, TX (Far North Dallas)

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Three (3) years related experience
  • Required skills (if applicable): Hands-on experience with these technologies: Microsoft Sharepoint, Microsoft Reporting Services and Microsoft SQL 2008
  • Sharepoint Certification Preferred
Duties / Essential Responsibilities:Operational Support:
  • Overall ownership of break-fix support for the Sharepoint environment across all Texas Health Partners joint-venture hospitals
  • Overall ownership of break-fix support for Microsoft Reporting Services environment across all Texas Health Partners joint-venture hospitals
  • Overall ownership for the operational maintenance of Microsoft SQL 2008 database instances related to the Sharepoint and Reporting Services environment across all Texas Health Partners joint-venture hospitals
Project Support:
  • Overall ownership for the discovery and design phases of new functionality within the Sharepoint and Reporting Services Environment across all Texas Health Partners joint-venture hospitals
  • Overall ownership of the development of new functionality within the Sharepoint and Reporting Services Environment across all Texas Health Partners joint-venture hospitals
  • Overall ownership of vendor relationship management regarding Sharepoint and Reporting Services projects that are sourced outside of Texas Health Partners
  • In some cases, lead projects for Texas Health Partners joint-venture hospitals, including timeline and milestone development
Data Exchange Evolutionary Planning
  • Consult with executives and end-users at Texas Health Partners joint-venture hospitals regarding the future needs of Sharepoint and Reporting Services
  • Maintain a current knowledge of industry trends and capabilities with regards to Sharepoint and Reporting Services
  • Ensure that Sharepoint and Reporting Services tools currently utilized by Texas Health Partners joint-venture hospitals are utilized to the fullest extent of their capabilities
Information Technology Department Duties
  • Maintain an active record of all break-fix and change management requests via the Texas Health Partners incident management system
  • Attend and contribute to monthly Information Technology Department meetings
  • Attend and contribute to weekly Change Management meetings
  • Attend and contribute to project meetings as requested
  • Record time and expenses in an accurate and timely manner
