As a Occupational Therapy Assistant, you will:
Provide a wide range of occupational therapy services to patients in this Acute Care Hospital setting.
Focus primarily on patient assessment, quality care, monitoring of patient status and compliance, teaching of patients and caregivers, and discharge planning.
Deliver care based on Standards of Practice for the particular state of practice and must be in compliance with company policy and regulatory requirements.

This Travel Assignment Compensation Package
Pay Rate $28.00 p/hr.
Round Trip Travel Pay $0.50 p/mile
Completion Bonus $2.00 p/hr.

This Facility offers PRN Shifts
Day Shift Pay Rate $33.00 p/hr.
Night Shift Pay Rate $35.00 p/hr.

Required Experience 1 year documented COTA / OTA Experience
Job Requirements
Graduation from an accredited program of Occupational Therapy Assistants.
Possess a valid license in the state(s) of practice.
Carry out and observe hands-on treatment, implementation and documentation of patients under the direction of the Occupational Therapist
A minimum of six months in an acute care or rehabilitation setting is required.Communicate on a regular basis with the Occupational Therapist as to the status, progress, and needs of the patient
Valid BLS/CPR
Possess the ability to transfer, maneuver, and lift incapacitated clients in the Hospital or LTC Facilitysetting
