Registered Nurse - Baylor Medical Center of Grapevine Day Surgery 4-10s (12-10:30p)
The Nurse Supervisor is responsible for supervision of all Nursing and Unit-based personnel on the designated shift in order to provide a safe environment for optimum patient care. Assists in implementing policies and procedures to achieve desired goals and objectives. Facilitates in the development of budgets, continued quality improvement and Councilor Management Programs.

Job Requirements
Education, training, experience:
Associates Degree or equivalent required
Bachelors degree preferred
CPR/BLS is required
Prefer experienced RN with Day Surgery experience (ED experience is acceptable as well)
Must have excellent computer and communication skills as well as strong IV skills and critical care thinking
Must be comfortable in a fast paced environment
