The Successful Applicant
- Master's in Engineering (Electrical, Instrument/Mechanical) or 10+ years of related experience in the operations function within a similar working environment
- 7+ years of progressively increasing management bringing high-performing Electronics Technician Teams
- Experience in prototype electronics development, electronics testing, rework and repair of PCBAs, and assembly of electronic assemblies to required standards
- Experience Implementing OSHA Safety guidelines with EHS, ESD Control, and Hazardous Material Control processes
- Proven Organisational and Problem-Solving Skills to meet deadlines
- Ability to quickly pivot between tasks and prioritise simultaneous tasks in a fast-paced environment.
