Confers with management and supervisors to identify personnel needs, job spec! ifications, job duties, qualifications, and skills.
Develops and maintains network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.
Initiates contact with potential qualified candidates for job openings.
Maintains national database of vacant positions and candidate information.
Reviews applications and interviews applicants.
Screens and refers candidates for additional interviews with hiring managers.
Assures that opportunities are included in internal and external job posting programs.
Utilizes Internet online recruiting sources to identify and recruit candidates.
Provides information on company facilities and job opportunities to potential applicants.
Files and maintains employment records as required.
Initiates pre-employment process.
Coordinates communication with applicants.
Prepares weekly reports regarding recruitment activity and vacancy status.
Qualifications
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES !
This position requires the following minimal requirements:
Knowledge of Microsoft Office XP products.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to independently plan, organize, schedule, and prioritize assigned tasks and responsibilities.
EDUCATION
Bachelors degree is preferred.
EXPERIENCE
Experience in a professional recruitment setting is preferred. 1-3 years' RN and OR Tech recruiting experience required.
