Types of procedures required. Circulating open heart c! ases plus all other general circulating duties for the following services: Vascular, Orthopedics, General Surgery,GYN, ENT, Neuro Spine, UrologyEquipment utilized in the unit/dept.
(Is there computerized charting, medication systems, etc.)Meditech intraoperative charting, Mckesson medication systemRequired skills and minimum years of experience.2 years experience of general circulating duties for all services, and at least one year experience circulating open heart cases.Specific licensures and certifications/registrations required. Texas RN License, BLS, ACLSShift or schedule requirements. (Will the employee ever work alone? Is call required?
If so, how often? Are weekends required?) Call required for the Heart Team which consists of every 3rd weekend in addition to weekday call. Floating to over units/departments. (If so, to which units/departments?)No floating outside of the operating room dept required.Bed size/number of rooms for this unit/dept.6 oper! ating rooms utilized daily
