This community based Magnet hospital is focused on

About the Position
The Float Pool Nurse Manager is responsible for the
leadership, coordination, planning, organizing, and
evaluation of the Nursing Float Pool. This manager will
have leadership of 40+FTEs, and will report to the
Director of Critical Car! e. Job functions include
ensuring appropriate staffing for! all responsible units,
and preparing and modifying work schedules for adequate
coverage. Coordination of QA/CQI, Patient satisfaction,
and budget.
The manager must collaborate and coordinate with
departmental leadership through effective communication,
developing and recommending policies, procedures, and
programs with recognized nursing techniques and
procedures, established standards, and administrative
policies.
Requirements
- Texas RN license & BSN.
- 3+ years progressive leadership experience required.
- ACLS Required
- MSN Preferred
