About the Position
The ICU/Critical Care Nurse Manager is responsible for the leadership, coordination, planning, organizing, and evaluation of the hospitals services. This manager will have leadership over 24+ beds and 45+ FTEs. The manager must collaborate and coordinate with departmental leadership through effective communication, developing and recomm! ending policies, procedures, and programs with recognized nurs! ing techniques, procedures, established standards, and administrative policies.
Requirements
- Texas RN license & BSN.
- CCRN
- Strong ICU/Critical Care management and leadership experience.
