Will report to the Director of Surgical Services
Manages 60 FTEs (inclu! ding 3 Clinical Coordinators)
Teambuilding skills, give positive feedback to good performers, and keeps staff motivated
Will oversee day-to-day operations of Endoscopy and 14 Operating Room
(10,000 cases/year) and Level 2 Trauma center
Hybrid Endovascular, Bariatric, CT, ENT, Ortho, Gyn, General, and a Davinci system.
Most cases are Gyn, ENT, General Surgery and Cardiology (350 hearts)
Scheduling and hiring
Provide all surgical service lines except transplant surgery
One of the "Top 100 Hospitals" and provides relocation assistance
Will not oversee sterile or supplies.
Qualifications:
ASN required, BSN or Masters preferred
CNOR preferred
Strong management experience required
5+ years of OR nursing experience required
Strong communication skills; employee engagement plans
Will consider ambulatory surgery center experience, but pref! er hospital background.
Will consider Coordinator or ! Assistant Manager experience
