Detailed Description Reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing in Plainsboro, this position is responsible for supporting US marketing activities related to Integra Extremity Reconstruction products for the Shoulder franchise. Provides support for Associate Product Managers, Product Managers, Senior Product Managers, Directors, and Senior Directors of Marketing in Austin, TX, in executing marketing strategies and programs for the ongoing Extremity Reconstruction business. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Generate marketing analysis reports at the direction of marketing team, utilizing Oracle database system. Liaison between marketing team and corporate graphics group, leading the generation/maintenance of marketing materials (eg. sales aids, product brochures, trade advertising, training manuals, show materials, updated branding, etc.) from project initiation through completion. Assemble, manage and summarize market research data reports Assemble, manage, and summarize competitive data and analyst report information. Assemble and manage key marketing data sites (eg. Sharepoint, dropbox, iPad app, etc.) and marketing newsletter information as necessary Collect information from customers and sales reps in order to track market trends, product information and customer needs. Develop and manage customer database for marketing team. Support product launch/maintenance initiatives through routing of marketing documents such as product labeling, packaging, promotional material, part number updates, capital expenditures, etc. Develop technical product knowledge and clinical experience in the operating room necessary for customer/sales rep interaction. Support shipping/mailing of marketing materials. Perform other related duties as required. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required for this position.Education: Minimum of a Bachelors Degree in marketing or field related to healthcare industry Type and Number Years of Experience: Entry level position with 0-2 years of prior experience Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a cross-functional and team oriented environmentTravel: Must be able to travel via car and/or airplane to domestic and international sites This position is expected to spend up to 25% of time traveling in the field meeting with Extremity Reconstruction sales representatives and attending marketing/industry related meetings and conferences
