We are currently looking for an Enterprise Technical Support Analyst to join our team in Plano.
- Requires 1+ years of experience in a specialized technical discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferably in a previous Technical Support Desk or Call Center environment.
- Knowledge of specialized software, system principles, theories, concepts, and technologies are required for this position.
- Understanding or familiarity with HIPAA regulations and Social Engineering.
- Knowledgeable of hospital clinical functional and practices, and or experience supporting hospital/clinical applications.
- Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills.
- 1 year Customer Service Experience and ability to work with customers to resolve issues over the phone.
- Technical troubleshooting skills.
- Other essential functions are typing on the computer, excellent listening skills, and ability to use other office equipment such as phone, fax and copy machine.
- Hospital/clinical background a plus such as Radiology, Lab, Pharmacy, Surgery, ER
- Experience with Cerner or McKesson applications a plus
- Completed High School Education
