Your profile
University degree in electrical, mechanical engineering, or equivalent.
- 10 + years of automotive chassis system electronic systems development experience.
- A decent understanding of brake system products, especially ESC and EPB.
- Product testing experience.
- Knowledge about development process requirements according to ASpice and Func. Safety (ISO/IEC15504 and IEC61508 / ISO26262).
- Basic understanding of embedded SW development.
- Experience in technically leading internal or customer projects or line organization.
- Team player, open to new challenges in a quickly growing team.
- Ability to travel to customers, testing areas, Head Quarters (HQ).
- Passenger car driving license.
- Good German and English communication skills.
Your tasks
Project Leading role (between Working Group Lead and Team Lead).
- Including project internal administration and coordination activities (Eng. Quality, specific Outsourcing coordination, Eng. Quality, Functional Safety, and Cyber security).
- Ensure required project team definition, processes, and infrastructure.
- Ensure project timing plan preparation and coordinate meeting milestones.
- Ensure project requirements are captured and submitted to engineering.
- Ensure committed customer support and engineering deliverables.
- Support completing company specifications and documentation.
- Plan and assign tasks, track milestones, customer data exchange and communication, internal communication with MTCK, production, and within the department, and ensure development quality with the teams and all items required for project milestone releases/sign-offs and production.
- Act as central customer communication interface representing MOBIS.
- Report and support reporting for department, team, group, projects, and business items.
- Support business hunting in Europe.
