The role consists of working collaboratively with regional Sales Management, Senior Director Market Development, and Senior Manager, Market Development to develop and implement strategic init! iatives including, but not limited to: MAS platform sales, strategic case support, surgeon education, and sales training.
Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Execution and timely delivery of Quarterly Business Objectives (QBOâs)
Management of all Travel and Expenses (T and E) within assigned budget
Work with regionally assigned Sales Director, Area Business Managers, and Distributor Principles to outline strategic quarterly MAS Platform sales plans via Quarterly Plan and Review
Implement and drive strategic MAS sales
Drive, participate in, and directly support strategic MAS Platform Marquis Visit Programs (MVPâs)
Participate and support strategic MAS Platform cases with adopting surgeons.
Provide strategic MAS Platform technical expertise to surgeons and staff
Execute post case Field Evaluations of local sales representative to drive MAS profe! ssional development
Create, deliver, and support stra! tegically defined field based MAS Platform training.
Support Tierâd Sales Training with Training and Development as requested by Director, Market Development Team
Participate in all MAS Platform Team training initiatives as scheduled by Senior Mgr or Director, Market Development Teams.
Acquire clinical competency with all NuVasive products and procedures
Perform duties in compliance with applicable regulations and standards such as FDA Quality System Regulation and ISO (International Organization for Standardization).
Travel: 75% travel

Bachelorâs degree or equivalent and three plus years related spine implant experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Successful sales experience preferred.
Highly proficient and accurate with word processing (Word), spreadsheets (Excel), charting, flow charting, and graphs (Power Point) and email communication (Outlook). Competency in navigating the Internet.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions form groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Abilit! y to solve, and interpret problems, collect data, establish facts, and ! draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstracts and/or concrete variables.
