Description
Assist the Director / Supervisor in the planning, development, operational, marketing/sales, financial and staff activities of the Surgery and ! Treatment Center. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS - Create and maintain a 5-star service environment. - Comply with organization, department and regulatory standards. - Direct the operations of the facility. - Plan and direct the management of facility staff. - Ensure sound fiscal operations. - Develop and implement philosophies and policies for the facility. - Develop, implement and monitor quality control and performance improvement activities. Administrative supervision is exercised over all DSU/PACU staff employees.
Qualifications
EDUCATION - Masters degree in healthcare administration or related degree preferred. EXPERIENCE - 3 years progressive management experice in an outpatient Surgical Services Setting preferred. - Strong leadership and management skills required. - Must possess thorough knowledge of the internal operations and administrative methods of a hospital. - Excellent time management and oral and written communication skills required. CERTIFICAT! ION/LICENSURE - Registered Nursing License REQUIRED. Basic Lif! e Support for Healthcare Providers - BCLS certification required.
