Pine Creek Medical Center , a fast-paced, private physician-owned and operated acute care hospital, is searching for an experienced, self-motivated, p! roactive, patient-focused and physician-focused OR Supervisor. The OR (RN) Supervisor is responsible for the direct management of the Operating Rooms (e.g., board, staffing, equipment /supplies) .
Pine Creek Medical Center has well trained staff tha t works effectively as a team. Consider the opportunity to assist with the growth of this facility as we add three additional ORs and additional programs. We specialize in Orthopedics, Spine and Bariatrics while performing many other surgeries.
Qualifications:
- Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Texas.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in the OR as an RN required.
- Minimum 2 year s experience in a supervisory role in the OR required.
- Current Basic Life Support training (at date of hire).
- Current ACLS training (or successfully complete within 3 months of date of hire).
- Current PALS training (or successfully complete within 6 months ! of date of hire).
- CNOR preferred.
- Bachelorâ€! ™s degree in a clinical discipline or management preferred.
