SURGICAL TECHNOLOGIST MAKE A DIFFERENCE!
Seeking an experienced Surgical Technologist for General Surgery. Must be a (CST) Certified Surgical Technologist. One (1) year surgical technologist experience in all surgical specialties in the Operating Room. Must have strong skills in General, Ortho, Vascular, Urology; be able to work with a diverse team, be flexible/adaptable with assignments, meet the physical requirements of the position and have good effective communication skills. Must have outgoing, positive attitude. CVOR experience a plus!
Assists the Surgical team members in providing intraoperative care to the perioperative patient by preparing and monitoring equipment, passing instruments, maintaining the sterile field, assisting with patient transfer/positioning and performing a variety of surgical skills and procedures. The patients served by this unit are surgical, ! ranging from healthy ambulatory to critically ill, and ranging in age from neonate through geriatric.
