Duties:
Notifies or locates customer with delinquent accounts and attempts to secure payment.
Notifies credit department if! customer fails to respond.
Must have knowledge of coordination of benefit rules.
Submit corrected claims and appeals.
Knowledge of various insurances: Medicare, Medicaid, and manage care.
Will be required to serve as backup payment poster.
Qualifications:
2+ years experience in Collections.
MUST HAVE ONLINE EXPERIENCE WITH PAYERS.
Microsoft Word and Excel.
Phones, customer service, and detail oriented.
Hospital or Ambulatory Surgery Center a plus but not required.
Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm)
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00/hr - DOE
