Highlands-Eldorado Veterinary Hospital is a full-service small animal medical and surgical facility in the rapidly growing McKinney area. We offer state-of-the-art care includ! ing soft tissue and orthopedic surgery, internal medicine, radiology (xrays and GE ultrasound), in-house laboratory (CBC, I-Stat Blood Gas, etc), hospitalization / intensive care, and allergy testing and treatment. Our patients are a full spectrum of the small animal pet world: 90% dogs and cats but including rabbits, rodents, monkeys, and other exotics. Dr. Wes Taylor has 21 years experience in private practice and academic veterinary medicine.
We have an opening for a veterinary technician, either RVT (or CVT) or with 5+ years of experience in a high-quality small animal exclusive practice, who is capable of contributing to our talented team. Excellent organizational skills and good oral and written communication skills are required. Evening hours (we are open Mon and Thurs until 8 pm) and weekends are required of all employees.
