Current GS does mostly Bread & Butter General ! Surgery cases
Seeking a General Surgeon with additional skill sets to capture a wider market opportunity
Colorectal, Vascular are welcome skill sets
Shared call with other Surgeons in area-1:5 call
This would be to join a private practice group
2 year income guarantee
Then go on 100% productivity
Productivity model-revenues less operating costs
Goal is to become a full shareholder in the Multi Specialty Group
